Academia and Zattere area 

Your private English speaking guide will pick you up at your hotel at a pre-determined time and take you to the Academia Gallery to see the largest collection of Venetian art in existence, from the Bizantine and Gothic fourteenth century to the artists of the Renaissance; Here you will see the masterpieces of Bellini, Giorgione, Veronese, Tintoretto, and Tiepolo. After your visit to the Gallery you walk with your guide through the characteristic Zattere area , a spaciouswaterfront promenade that runs along the entire southern shore of Venice’s Dorsoduro District and provides excellent views of the island and its majestic Redentore Church and visit the church of the Gesuiti, known for its baroque architecture ,richly decorated interior and frescoed ceilings. The church hosts works by Titian and Jacopo Palma.
