Villa Tuscany four  is  a 300 sqm (3230 sqft) Tuscan villa, dating back to the 17th century, built entirely using ancient terracotta and stones. It was purchased in 1963, by the abstract painter Francesco Clemente, whose artwork can still be admired inside the estate.

The villa is situated in Impruneta, just 1.5 km (half mile) from the center of the town, on a hillock that dominates the Chianti hills, and 12 km (8 miles) from Florence.

In front of the main entrance to the house, there is a beautiful covered patio with dining table and a living area with bamboo furniture. On the backside of the villa, there is an open-air dining area with a round table in stone, situated in front of a swimming pool surrounded by laurel and cypress hedges.

Villa La Quercia is located in the Tuscan Chianti countryside, surrounded by 20 acres of land, which is cultivated with vines and olive trees; we produce San Giovese and Trebbiano wine and Extra Virgin Olive oil.

On the ground floor, there is the dining room, a double living room with fireplace, a typical fully equipped Tuscan kitchen, and a double bedroom with bathroom en-suite with independent entrance.

On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, 3  en- suite bathrooms, and a dressing room.

The villa has a total of 4 double bedrooms, 4 en-suite, and it can therefore  accommodate up to   8 guests.
